Our Right to Terminate your Subscription

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription to any of our Services at any time at our sole discretion. If we do so, we will promptly provide a pro-rated refund of the amount of the subscription payments you previously paid which relate to the remaining subscription period. Termination of your subscription to any of our Services may result from your violation of these Terms or any unauthorized use or reproduction or rebroadcast of any of our publications or information contained in our Services, any infringement or misappropriation of our proprietary rights, or any other reason determined at our sole discretion. You agree that if your account is terminated by us for these reasons, you will not attempt to establish a new account under any name, real or assumed.

Independent Contracted Editors

FrankCurzio.com is strictly a publisher of financial information. Neither FrankCurzio.com nor any of its affiliated companies are registered investment advisers or broker/dealers. However, at times FrankCurzio.com has agreements with independent editors who are or have acted in their own capacity as an investment adviser or broker outside the scope of their editorial responsibilities with FrankCurzio.com. Any business relationship you may enter with an independent editor is not associated, condoned, affiliated or endorsed by FrankCurzio.com. Any independent editor acting in the capacity as a registered adviser or broker is OUTSIDE the scope and their agreement and contracted responsibilities with FrankCurzio.com.

Our role is that of a publisher and the role of our editors is to provide you with financial information that you can use to make your own investing decisions.

Subscribers should not view any of our publications as offering personalized legal or investment counseling. Investments recommended in any publication should be made only after consulting with your investment adviser and only after reviewing the prospectus or financial statements of the company in question.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will continue for the initial term of the subscription (the “Initial Term”), and will renew automatically at the end of the Initial Term for successive Renewal Terms, each equal to the Initial Term, unless you notify us of your decision to cancel or not to renew your subscription, as outlined below in our Cancellation/Termination Policy.

As described in the initial subscription process, as part of the Automatic Renewal process the then-applicable subscription term renewal fee will be billed to the credit card you designated during the subscription process (or subsequently changed). However, you will receive a full refund of your renewal subscription fee if you cancel within 30 days of your subscription renewal.

You may remove the benefit of automatic renewal by notifying our Customer Service Department. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying our Customer Service Department. You can contact our Customer Service Department by telephone at (844) 592-9944, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET. Your cancellation will take effect once you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

The terms of any refunds of fees for paid services are provided in the various offers for each product. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of the offer. If you have questions, please e-mail our customer service team through our Contact Us page.

Termination of your Subscription:

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with our Services. If you would like to cancel your subscription service, the following terms apply:

In general, all fees and charges paid by you in relation to the Paid Publications are non-refundable. You may contact Customer Service under exceptional circumstances for a full refund within 7 days of purchase but will be subject to a “processing fee” of $100 that will be deducted from the Paid Publication refund. This fee will cover the administrative costs associated with your refund. Exceptional circumstances will be accepted under the sole discretion of Curzio Research and its employees, officers and directors. This policy is in effect to discourage customers that make it a habitual endeavor to purposely receive high end Paid Publications for free. Unfortunately, some subscribers will purchase a membership, access our proprietary, extremely valuable research that we invest a lot time and money to produce, review all of our best ideas, and then ask for a refund… all the while having no intention to actually participate in a mutually beneficial transaction. Curzio Research is not interested in doing business with those type of people.

If we offer a trial period, and if for any reason during your trial period, you are not satisfied with such Paid Publications, you may cancel your subscription in the Members Area or alternatively by contacting us within such trial period. You will either receive a full refund for your subscription or a partial refund of your purchase price depending on the terms of the offer.
